1. Enquiry and Reservation Flow

Submitting an enquiry form on our website does not constitute a guaranteed booking or confirmation. The form only formats a text message that you send to our stay host on WhatsApp. A reservation is only confirmed once availability is verified, booking terms are agreed upon, and deposit payment is received directly through Often Stays chat channels.

2. Guest Obligations and Conduct

To preserve the villa and ensure safety, guests agree to:

• Abide by the maximum occupancy rules specified at the time of booking.
• Respect the local residential surroundings, keeping noise levels low after 10:00 PM.
• Seek approval beforehand regarding pets (using the pets count stepper on reservation).

3. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation policies and stay modification terms vary based on seasons and dates. All cancellation discussions and policies will be communicated and finalized directly via our WhatsApp support thread before confirming payments.

4. Liability and Damages

Guests assume full responsibility for any physical damages caused to the villa premises, swimming pool, equipment, or furniture during their stay. Often Stays reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
